At Apartments4Austin, we are committed to helping our clients find the most perfect rental possible by providing every client with access to our professional, customer-service oriented, licensed real estate agents, who specialize in leasing. We work with a number of private property-management companies which enables us to offer our clients a variety of houses, duplexes, condos, townhomes and other non-apartment style rental solutions to meet everyone’s individual needs.
All of our locators are licensed real estate agents in the state of Texas and adhere to the strictest of personal and professional standards. Here at Apartments4Austin we do not believe in exposing our clients to high-pressure sales tactics that they may experience with other locating companies. Our goal is to be YOUR apartment locating company for as long as you are a renter, and we hope that you are so pleased with your experience as our client, that you will refer us to your friends and family.
We understand that our clients have a busy schedule. As a result, the majority of our clients prefer to view and tour communities without being accompanied by a locator so that they can visit properties according to their schedule, and to not feel rushed so they can spend the time they feel necessary to comfortably make their own determination regarding any specific property. Since our responsibility is to make sure our clients are completely satisfied, we are more than happy to provide our clients with the contact information of potential properties so that they can feel free to visit according to their own schedule. However, if a client prefers to be accompanied by one of our locators, we are more than happy to escort any client to any properties they request. In some instances, it may make the client eligible for a larger client cash rebate, if in fact they allow one of our locators to escort them to specific properties. The properties to which this exception applies have been known to change their escort/send policy from time to time, occasionally without notice. That is why we make every effort to verify all details and availability prior to our clients’ first contact with any property management company. |
